Hosthub has integrated with Alertify to help you notify guests when noise, smoking, or guest occupancy violations occur. With Alertify’s GuestAlert feature, noise issues are dealt with quickly by sending automated warnings via SMS.
How to integrate Hosthub with Alertify
- Sign in to your Alertify dashboard and go to ‘Integrations’
- From integrations, select Hosthub and click ‘Connect’
- Open Hosthub in a new tab
- Navigate to Settings and scroll to API key and click ‘Create API Key’
- Click on Copy to clipboard and paste the API Token on your Alertify dashboard
- Click ‘Continue’
Once the connection is made, your Hosthub units will be listed on the Alertify dashboard in the “units” tab on the left-hand side. Make sure to enable Alertify’s GuestAlert feature so we can automatically reach out to your guests through Hosthub if guest violations are detected.
