There are 2 ways to synchronize Airbnb and Vrbo calendars. The first one is by exchanging ical files through the 2 channels and the other one is by using a channel manager like Hosthub.

The process is easy and free of charge. The only downside is that the synchronization through direct ical has 2-4 hour delays at a minimum. That means a high possibility to have double bookings. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1️⃣ Copy ical URL from Airbnb
Login to Airbnb -> Switch to hosting -> Listings -> Select the listing that you want -> Pricing and availability -> Scroll until the section “Calendar Sync” -> Export Calendar -> Copy URL
2️⃣ Paste it on Vrbo
Login to Vrbo -> Owner Dashoboard -> Calendar -> Import & export -> Manage imported calendars -> Import a Calendar -> Paste URL
3️⃣ Copy ical URL from Vrbo
Login to Vrbo -> Owner Dashboard -> Calendar -> Import & export -> Export Calendar -> Copy URL
4️⃣ Paste it on Airbnb
Login tο Airbnb -> Switch to hosting -> Listings -> Select the listing that you want-> Pricing and Availability -> Scroll until the section “Calendar Sync” -> Import calendar -> Paste URL
