George Dryjohn lives and works as a photographer in Heraklion, Crete, and is the official Ricoh imaging (Pentax) grand ambassador photographer, in Greece and Cyprus.
He studied light at the Athens Art studio & photography courses at Orama, while he attended specialization courses with renowned photographers in their genre, such as Marios Theologis, Andrew Billington, Maro Kouri, etc. as well as interior design courses and he is teaching photography. He has had five individual photography exhibitions and has participated in seven group ones. His photos have been awarded in Greece and abroad.
He works with well-known real estate management companies as an architectural photographer, such as The central boutique apartments, Luxury villas on Crete, etc.
After many years of volunteer photography in Greece and abroad, he founded the pan-Hellenic volunteer group Photoaid with the aim of covering actions (individual-collective) focused on helping fellow human beings (2016-2019). He is a lecturer in architectural photography workshops all over Greece and a speaker at events related to photography in Greece and abroad.
George Dryjohn is also active in photojournalism and film photography, specializing in architecture & social photography, and organizes voluntary actions/exhibitions related to artistic photography.
