LUGGit provides property managers with an innovative solution to automate the management of their guests’ luggage.
This service allows property managers to efficiently handle requests for early check-ins and late check-outs. LUGGit collects, stores, and delivers guests’ luggage wherever and whenever they desire, covering any location or street in the city, including common places such as airports, train stations, and bus stations.
Unlike traditional luggage storage services, LUGGit eliminates the need for guests to visit a storage facility to drop off and pick up their luggage. This approach grants guests more freedom during their first and last hours in the city, saving them time and reducing stress.
Operating in Porto and Lisbon since 2019, LUGGit expanded to Prague and Barcelona in 2022, Madrid in 2023, Málaga in February, and Florence this month. With a successful 1.8M€ Seed round raised in November 2023, LUGGit aims to open four new European cities this year.

- LUGGit creates a personalized webpage for each property manager, featuring their logo and a discount coupon.
- You incorporate this webpage into your communication channels (confirmation emails, pre-check-out instructions, guest apps, welcome books, websites). Check out an example here
- Guests receive a 10% discount when hiring LUGGit through the Property Manager’s webpage. The coupon applies automatically.
- LUGGit tracks these reservations, sending email confirmations for each booking and providing a monthly commission report to the manager of the properties.
